Governance & Fundraising Academy (GFA)


Governance & Fundraising Academy (GFA) is designed to help 20 schools to advance their financial sustainability. The Academy helps participating schools engender a philanthropic culture among the Board and Staff and families and builds school capacity to implement a donor centric fundraising program capable of cultivating deep donor relationships and securing major gifts. By engaging the Head of School, Board Chair, the Board of Trustees, and the Development/Institutional Advancement professional, the GFA stewards each school towards strategic management of its fiscal health. Through an 18 month curriculum constructed around assessment, targeted summits and individualized coaching, the GFA offers the deep impactful support a school needs to make transformative change towards institutional advancement.
