The New York University Research Center for Leadership in Action is working with a pilot group of four day schools that participate in the Jewish New Teacher Project to articulate, realize and measure goals for school improvement in the areas of (1) attracting and retaining excellent teachers, (2) ensuring a consistently good educational experience and (3) fostering professional development for all teachers.
