AVI CHAI Bookshelf for High Schools

The AVI CHAI Foundation has invested nearly $5 million in Jewish high school libraries through the AVI CHAI Bookshelf program. The program was designed to increase the quantity of books and electronic resources available to the libraries and build the librarians’ professional capacity and skill sets, in part through their sponsored attendance at the annual Association of Jewish Libraries conference. The learning and resource sharing is captured and extended through the Bookshelf wiki, jewishschoollibraries.pbworks.com.
