The HoSPEP program, from Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools, offers significant and meaningful support for heads of school within their first three years of headship. Experienced Jewish day school leaders are matched with new Jewish day school heads for a year of weekly one-on-one coaching, monthly calls with a cohort of peers, and two in-person convenings. The program has helped 53 alumni over six years succeed in their positions and remain in the headship.
