The Kadima (“Forward”) Technology Conference was a free, regional one-day conference aimed at assisting Jewish educational institutional teams in shifting their mindsets while building their skill sets in regards to technology integration. To create an attitudinal shift amongst educators toward excitement about the potential that technology brings, the conference was designed to be attended by teams of three or four people from a variety of Jewish education outlets, including: day schools, congregational schools, non-congregational programs, JCCs, central agencies, Jewish federations and others. Two regional conferences were co-funded with PELIE, the Partnership for Effective Learning and Innovative Education.
AVI CHAI concluded its general grant making on December 31, 2019.
