Principals Training – Lookstein Center

From 2004/05-2008/09, AVI CHAI sponsored North American principals and aspiring principals to participate in an integrated training program offered by the Lookstein Center at Bar-Ilan University. The program was oriented toward developing leaders skilled in action research, and included a 10-day summer seminar, the development of year-long action plans, a mid-winter conference, and support from mentors. Over 2008/09, the Lookstein Center evaluated the Principals’ Program short- and long-term results more thoroughly.   www.lookstein.org/principals1.htm
